1. About Our Services
Cranetics provides 24×7 roadside assistance and vehicle recovery services to help customers during unexpected vehicle emergencies. Our services may include car and bike towing, vehicle breakdown assistance, accident vehicle recovery, battery jump-start assistance, battery assistance, flat tyre and puncture assistance, tyre change/spare tyre installation, emergency fuel delivery, vehicle recovery, highway emergency assistance and basic on-site roadside support.
Service availability may depend on the customer’s location, vehicle type, road conditions, traffic, weather and availability of suitable assistance equipment.
2. 24×7 Emergency Assistance
Cranetics aims to provide roadside assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Although we strive to respond as quickly as possible, actual response time may vary depending on customer location, traffic, distance from the service vehicle, weather, road conditions, availability of technicians or towing vehicles, and the nature of the emergency. Any estimated arrival time is approximate and is not guaranteed.
3. Service Area
Cranetics currently provides roadside assistance primarily in and around the NH-27 Lucknow to Faizabad route, including Lucknow, Barabanki and Faizabad/Ayodhya. Service outside the regular coverage area depends on location, distance and availability. Additional charges may apply.
4. Vehicle Towing & Recovery
Cranetics provides towing and recovery assistance for eligible cars, bikes and other vehicles. Customers may need to provide accurate vehicle type, condition, location, destination and emergency details. Customers should remove personal belongings and valuables before towing whenever reasonably possible. Cranetics is not responsible for belongings left inside the vehicle.
5. Accident Recovery
Cranetics may provide accident vehicle recovery and towing depending on location and vehicle condition. Customers should contact police or appropriate emergency services where required. Cranetics does not provide police, legal, medical or insurance services. Serious accident recovery may be subject to instructions from authorized authorities.
6. Battery Assistance
Cranetics may provide battery jump-start and related roadside battery assistance for vehicles that cannot start due to a weak or discharged battery. Jump-start assistance does not guarantee permanent repair. A faulty battery may require replacement or further repair.
7. Tyre & Puncture Assistance
Cranetics may provide assistance for flat tyres, punctures, tyre changes and spare tyre installation, depending on the situation. Customers should have a usable spare tyre and required equipment where applicable. Replacement, repair or additional parts may involve separate charges.
8. Emergency Fuel Delivery
Cranetics may provide emergency fuel delivery when a vehicle runs out of fuel, subject to availability and local conditions. Fuel cost and applicable service charges may be payable by the customer. Availability of every fuel type or grade is not guaranteed at every location.
9. Customer Information
Customers may be required to provide their name, mobile number, vehicle type, registration details, current location, emergency type, required service and towing destination. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay or prevent appropriate assistance.
10. Service Charges & Payment
Charges may vary according to service type, vehicle type, location, distance, towing distance, emergency conditions, equipment and additional assistance required. Applicable charges should be confirmed whenever reasonably possible. Extra charges may apply for additional distance, special recovery requirements or additional equipment.
11. Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before assistance is dispatched. If a technician or service vehicle has already been dispatched, cancellation or dispatch charges may apply depending on the circumstances.
12. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, following reasonable safety instructions, keeping themselves and passengers in a safe location where possible, and removing valuables before towing. Customers should not attempt dangerous repairs during a roadside emergency.
13. Safety & Emergency Situations
Roadside emergencies can involve traffic, fire, fuel, electrical hazards and other risks. Cranetics may refuse or modify a service if conditions are unsafe. Where necessary, customers should contact police, ambulance, fire or highway authorities. Roadside assistance is not a replacement for emergency medical, police or fire services.
14. Limitation of Liability
Cranetics makes reasonable efforts to provide reliable assistance but cannot guarantee that every vehicle problem can be repaired at the roadside. Cranetics is not responsible for delays or inability to provide service caused by severe weather, traffic, road closures, accidents, government or police restrictions, natural disasters, equipment availability, incorrect customer information, unsafe conditions or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Any liability is subject to applicable law.
15. Vehicle Condition
Vehicles requiring towing or recovery may already have mechanical, electrical, body or other damage. Cranetics will take reasonable care, but additional damage may occur due to existing condition, difficult recovery conditions or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Customers should disclose known damage or special towing requirements.
16. Third-Party Services
Cranetics may coordinate or refer customers to third-party providers when a required service is outside available capabilities. Third-party providers may have their own terms and charges. Cranetics is not responsible for independently provided third-party services.
17. Website Information
Website information is provided for general informational purposes. Cranetics tries to keep information accurate and current, but service availability, coverage areas, pricing and other information may change without prior notice. Images may be representational.
18. Website Use
You agree not to use the website unlawfully, disrupt the website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, copy or misuse content without permission, or conduct fraudulent activity. Cranetics may restrict access where misuse or unlawful activity is suspected.
19. Privacy
When you contact Cranetics or request services, we may collect information needed to respond and provide assistance, such as name, contact number, vehicle information, location and service requirements. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information.
20. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Cranetics website text, graphics, logos, images, design elements and other materials belong to Cranetics or are used with permission. Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified or distributed without prior permission, except where permitted by law.
21. Changes to These Terms
Cranetics may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in services, the website or legal requirements. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
22. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Disputes relating to Cranetics services or these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of appropriate courts in India, subject to applicable law.
